Helped on the Southwest team re-imagining Southwest Airlines' digital presence to go alongside their new brand launch. Projects included the redesign of including Booking (Flight, Hotel and Car), My Account, and Flight Status and Schedules. We also redesigned their iOS and Android apps, and created the digital experiences and marketing around their Transfarency campaign.
